1Operator Information

• The Operator's address will be provided without delay upon request in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, after identity verification.

2Information We Collect

2-1. Account information

• Email address and authentication identifiers obtained through Sign in with Apple
• The user ID issued by the Service

2-2. Profile information (entered by you)

• Display name, handle (an ID beginning with @), bio, avatar image
• Dream/goal statement (you can choose public or private)

2-3. Onboarding survey responses (entered by you)

During initial setup, you may optionally answer:

• Date of birth, gender, occupation
• Daily smartphone usage time, years of use, apps you spend time on, goals you want to achieve
• How you learned about the Service (referral source)

2-4. Posts and community activity

• Posts (images, text, tags), comments, likes, follows, blocks, reports, and appeals, including their content and history
• Post view (tap) history — used to improve recommendation quality

2-5. App usage records

• Lock (app restriction) session records: start/end time, duration, and mode type
• Statistics derived from the above (total lock time, streaks, completion rate, top percentile, etc.)

2-6. Purchase information

• The status of paid plan purchases, renewals, and cancellations (obtained through the billing management service RevenueCat)
• Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed by Apple and are not collected by the Operator.

2-7. Information processed only on your device and never sent to our servers

The core app-restriction feature uses Apple's Screen Time technologies (Family Controls / Screen Time API). Due to how these Apple technologies work and how the Service is designed, the following information is processed only on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers:

• The apps and categories you select as blocking targets (the Operator cannot even know their names)
• The measured screen-time usage data shown during onboarding diagnostics

3Purposes of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

1. Providing and maintaining the Service, identity verification, and authentication
2. Storing lock session records and calculating/displaying statistics and rankings
3. Providing community features (posts, comments, follows, etc.)
4. Personalizing displayed content, such as the recommendation feed
5. Safety screening (moderation) of posted content and re-review of appeals
6. Managing and reflecting paid plan purchase status
7. Displaying advertising within the feed (limited to non-personalized ads)
8. Responding to inquiries
9. Responding to conduct that violates the Terms of Service
10. Improving quality and fixing defects of the Service

4External Services

The Service uses the following external services. Each receives information within the scope necessary for its provision.

• Data sent to Anthropic for moderation is used only for the review process. Anthropic states that data sent to its API is not used to train AI models by default.
• About advertising: The Service uses Google AdMob to display ads on the feed screen. Ads are configured to serve non-personalized ads only, and we do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you for advertising purposes. We do not request tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency. For details on how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Other than advertising, the Service does not use tracking-oriented analytics SDKs. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

5Information Sent from Your Device

When you use the Service, information is sent from your device to the following external providers (disclosed in line with the external transmission rules of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan).

Transmissions to Anthropic (Claude API) are made via the Operator's servers and are never sent directly from your device.

6Disclosure to Third Parties

The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except:

1. where required by law;
2. where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and obtaining your consent is difficult; or
3. where cooperation with government agencies is necessary and obtaining your consent would impede the performance of those duties.

7Visibility of Information

1. Your display name, handle, bio, avatar image, public posts and comments, and public statistics (such as total lock time) are visible to other Users of the Service.
2. A dream/goal statement set to private is not shown to Users other than yourself.
3. Your survey responses (date of birth, gender, etc.) are never shown to other Users.

8Retention & Deletion

1. Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
2. You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. When you delete your account, data such as your profile, posts, comments, and usage records are deleted.
3. Information whose retention is required by law, and minimal records necessary to prevent abuse, may be retained for the necessary period.

9Security Measures

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information it handles, the Operator implements necessary and appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), database access control (row-level security), and proper management of authentication keys.

10Minors

The Service is intended for persons aged 13 or older. Persons under 13 may not use the Service, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

11Your Rights

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information. Please send requests to the contact in Section 13. We will respond in accordance with the law after verifying your identity.

12Changes to This Policy

The Operator may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or additions to the Service's features. For material changes, notice will be given through in-app display or other appropriate means.
